REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, uninstalled, with all original packaging and accessories. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without submitting a return request first will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.
Made-to-order items
Some products — such as custom kits, headlights, and other components built to order — are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
Estimated production lead times are shown on each product page.
By placing an order for a made-to-order item, you agree to these production timelines.
International returns & customs
For customers outside Portugal/EU:

Return shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, and taxes related to the return are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot accept packages marked as “Return to Sender” due to unpaid duties.

Refunds will only be processed after the item arrives and is inspected.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We may request photos or video evidence to assess the issue and provide a solution.

We cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards
If you have questions about a specific product, please reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item (if eligible).
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must remain unused, uninstalled, with tags and original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
